We are seeking a highly organized, skilled, and proactive Executive Coordinator to support senior management in daily operations and external communications.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements of senior management.
Handle telephone calls, video meetings, and business communications in fluent English and Hindi.
Communicate professionally with corporate organizations, CSR partners, government officials, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Maintain confidential documents, records, files, and organizational databases.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, seminars, workshops, and official events.
Prepare presentations,



spreadsheets, reports, and business documents using MS Office.
Follow up on pending tasks, project updates, and official communications.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, CSR documentation, and project reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Maintain calendars, reminders, and schedules for management.
Support management in strategic planning, documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities.
Perform other executive and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Skilled telephone etiquette and telecommunication skills.
Solid business communication and corporate correspondence skills.
