We’re looking for a proactive Growth & Outreach Executive who can blend sales, strategy, and creativity to help our agency grow. You’ll focus on generating leads, scheduling client meetings, and supporting the content team with ideas that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads and book discovery meetings
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Collaborate with the content team on campaign ideas & scripts
Research recent market trends and growth opportunities
Maintain and track leads in CRM and follow up regularly

Requirements:
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Interest in marketing, social media, and client growth
Self-driven, ambitious, and result-oriented personality
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000-₹12,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives: Commission on each closed deal + performance bonuses
