ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Operation Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience after the sale is completed. This role focuses on onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the end-to-end vendor management process for RC (Registration Certificate) transfers, ensuring timely completion and compliance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for challan generation and RC transfer processes to ensure seamless operations
Take ownership and ensure smooth day-to-day operational handling
Maintain accurate data in Google Sheets and handle RC-related documents with strict confidentiality
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1 year of experience in post support function
Prior background of startup ecosystem
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations setting
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
