Admissions of ICU, Ward, Minor OT Procedures admission & estimation, Casualty OPD Billing MIS.:
Job Profile

Admissions:
Doing all casualty patients ICU & Ward admission from casualty billing desk. Explaining patients relative about admission process and bed charges, refund policies.
Explaining about TPA/Cashless process and about security deposit.
Arranging bed as per relative request.
Ensuring about bed readiness and ICU bed number confirmation from respective department.
Explaining about hospital rules and policies during time of admission.
Guiding relative for cashless or corporate facilities.
Looking after patient shifting from casualty and time tracking
Giving stat emergency surgeries clearance (PAMI/RTA) at one point of time since it is life saving situation with the confirmations from senior with taking proper undertaking from relative about payment clearance status.
Taking undertaking/consent from insurance patients.
Minor OT:




Giving minor OT procedure estimation after confirming with doctors over phone. Explaining about all procedure charges.
Taking initial surgery deposit and giving clearance to casualty staff.
Preparing final bill for the same patients.
Casualty OPD Billing:
Casualty Billing including Pharmacy/Consumable/Radiology and consultation.
Following employee billing policies.
Submitting total cash to cahier daily as per userwise scroll.
IV Injection co-ordination:
Filtering IV injection patient if it is less than 30 minutes guiding to casualty staff or CMO.
If more than 30 minutes coordinating in stem cell for bed and sifting.
Doing admission in stem cell bed from casualty and once it is done doing final billing also with final confirmation from concern staff in stem cell department.
Mass Casualty:
Doing all patients registration rapidly.
Keeping track of relative about their billing and information.
MIS Report:
