Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and day-care patients as assigned.
Monitor patient condition and vital signs.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other departments for smooth patient care.
