Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drawings for schematic, tender, and Valuable for Construction (GFC) submissions with utmost accuracy and precision.
Develop details with a focus on constructability and compliance with building bye-laws.
Understand HCP’s design philosophy for detailing and incorporate it into all project drawings.
Develop a customized working drawing list for each project.
Education:
ITI / Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship
Certification in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD
Experience:
Years: 3 to 5 years
Industry: Architecture / Urban Design
Skills (mandatory):
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Robust understanding of building bye-laws and constructability.
Ability to produce detailed drawings with precision and clarity.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Solid time and priority management skills.
Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
Skills (preferred):
Advanced working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop.
