Job Summary

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based clinical practices.
Prescribe medications, diagnostic investigations, and therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
Attend to medical emergencies and provide immediate stabilization and life-saving interventions whenever required.
Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of clinical practice.
Coordinate admissions, referrals, transfers, and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Chemotherapy & Oncology Support
Assist in the clinical evaluation and management of patients undergoing chemotherapy.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of chemotherapy protocols,



treatment regimens, dosage schedules, contraindications, and supportive care.
Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy administration for adverse drug reactions, treatment-related toxicities, and clinical complications.
Coordinate closely with oncologists, nursing staff, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure secure chemotherapy administration.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding chemotherapy procedures, expected side effects, medication adherence, nutritional care, and follow-up requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to oncology treatment protocols, infection prevention measures, and patient safety guidelines.

Patient Care & Counselling
Deliver ethical, compassionate, and patient-centric healthcare services.
Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, preventive healthcare, and disease management.
