Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design
Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecture.
Define technical standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Full Stack Development
Participate in coding, debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.

Agile & Scrum Leadership
Integrate architectural planning into Scrum ceremonies and Agile workflows.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define technically feasible user stories.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
Guide Scrum teams in implementing architectural best practices.

Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction and mentor developers.
Review solution designs and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.





Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
Communicate architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
Resolve technical challenges and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Quality & Performance
Validate implementation against architectural designs.
Promote automated testing, code quality, and CI/CD best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
Robust experience in Full Stack Development using contemporary front-end and back-end technologies.
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development methodologies.
Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
