We are hiring Sales Officer (B2B / B2C & Institutional Field Sales.
Monthly Targets Revenue Milestone: Achieve a mandatory minimum monthly sales revenue of ₹2.50 Lakhs not achieving salary with be paid pro rata.
What We Offer Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹21,000 per month + TA (Only achieving 2.50 Lakhs revenue. Incentives: Uncapped, highly attractive performance-based incentives upon meeting and exceeding target milestones.
What We Are Looking For Education: Graduate in any stream. Skills: Solid communication and persuasive skills. Proficiency in the local languages (Bengali, Hindi, and English) is essential. Assets: Must own a smartphone. Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a significant advantage for navigating the Kolkata terrain efficiently.
Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
