Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Photography
Capture high-quality photographs of rooms, restaurants, events, weddings, adventure activities, food & beverages, and lifestyle experiences.
Conduct indoor and outdoor shoots, ensuring creative composition and lighting.
Photograph corporate events, celebrity visits, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain consistency with Della's luxury brand standards.

Videography
Plan, shoot, and produce promotional videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage.
Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals,



drones (licensed), and qualified lighting equipment.

Job Expectations:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video campaigns.

Video Editing
Edit videos for social media, website, digital advertising, YouTube, and internal communications.
Create engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and motion elements where required.
Perform colour correction, sound balancing, and final rendering.

Creative Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing, Branding, Design, and Social Media teams.
Develop creative concepts and visual content calendars.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
Organize and maintain a digital asset library of photos and videos.
