Election Operations & Government Services Executive

Location: Sector 11 ,Rohini, Delhi

Job Summary

This role offers long-term career growth and the prospect to work on election projects while supporting senior political leaders and public representatives with administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Handle election-related data entry, documentation, and record management.
Maintain and organize voter databases and election-related records.
Work on government portals to process and update citizen information as permitted by applicable laws and authorized procedures.
Aadhaar-related services
PAN card services
Upload, download, verify, and maintain digital documents.
Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel.
Convert documents into PDF format and organize digital files.
Coordinate with team members and government offices whenever required.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive data.




Provide administrative and operational support for election campaigns and political office activities.
Be available to travel locally when required for official work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
Good working knowledge of:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
PDF creation, editing, and document management
Experience using government portals and online citizen service platforms is preferred.
Valuable typing speed in English and/or Hindi.
Solid organizational and record-keeping skills.
Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
Ability to learn new government processes and digital platforms quickly.

Preferred Experience
Experience at a CSC (Common Service Centre), e-Mitra, Jan Seva Kendra, election office, documentation center, or similar government service center.
Experience handling Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, and other government documentation services.
