We are seeking an innovative and student-centric Faculty Member in Digital Marketing to join our business department.

You will bridge the gap between marketing theory and industry practice, preparing undergraduate and postgraduate students for up-to-date marketing careers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Teaching & Pedagogy
Integrate practical, live-project assignments into the coursework, such as running mock budget campaigns or auditing real business websites.
Curriculum & Course Design
Design, review, and update the digital marketing syllabus annually to ensure alignment with quick-moving industry shifts and platform algorithm updates.
Develop digital learning assets, case studies, and lab-based exercises utilizing modern industry tools.
Academic Research & Industry Liaison
Conduct impactful research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present at marketing conferences (required for tenure-track paths).




Build institutional partnerships with local businesses and agencies to secure student capstone projects and placement pipelines.

Required Skills & Competencies
Pedagogical Skills: Mastery of case-study teaching methods, experiential learning models, and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas or Blackboard.
Mentorship: Solid empathetic listening and guidance skills to support diverse student populations and career ambitions.

Education & Experience Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, MBA, or a closely related field is required.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in higher education, combined with verifiable corporate or agency marketing experience.
Certifications: Current industry certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot Academy, Meta Blueprint) are considered a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
