Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all business functions.
Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
Manage exit interviews and full-and-final settlement processes.




Improve employee onboarding experience.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team.
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations.

Performance Management
Design and implement KPI/KRA frameworks.
Conduct probation and performance reviews.
Support managers in employee performance improvement.
Develop employee growth and career progression plans.

Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities.
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Promote a healthy work culture.
Conduct feedback surveys and engagement initiatives.

HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain records related to:
PF
ESI
PT
Gratuity
Shops & Establishment
Employment Contracts
Coordinate audits and statutory inspections.
