Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Plasma cutting equipment to meet daily production targets while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and inspect equipment for signs of wear or malfunction.
Promptly report any technical issues, machine breakdowns, or maintenance needs to the Production Manager or Admin Department.
Ensure the work area is kept clean and safe, adhering to all workplace safety protocols, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation and material handling.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Plasma Operator, preferably in the metal manufacturing industry.
Solid ability to diagnose machine performance issues early and communicate them effectively.
Commitment to maintaining explicit documentation and logs for machine maintenance and production output.
