Hiring: Façade Designer | Leading Offsite & Modular Developer | UAE Based

We are currently mandating an exclusive search for one of our top clients—specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of modular products in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We are seeking a highly skilled Façade Designer (5+ years exp) to lead end-to-end façade engineering packages across unitized curtain walls and specialized cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Shop & Fabrication Detailing: Independently produce detailed shop drawings, fabrication profiles, and connection details for Unitized Curtain Wall (UCW), stick systems, and cladding.
Engineering & Load Coordination: Coordinate anchorage arrangements, load paths, thermal expansion, and structural interfaces with technical leads and consultants.
Design for Manufacturability:



Adapt and optimize designs for seamless factory assembly and modular production prior to release.
Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawing sets to identify and resolve geometrical conflicts and interface issues.
Material Take-Offs & BOQs: Prepare detailed material take-offs (MTO), system breakdowns, and preliminary Bills of Quantities.
Submittal Management: Coordinate technical submittals, address consultant/client comments, and ensure timely re-submission of design packages.
Technical Support: Support production lines during factory fabrication and resolve technical queries during site installation.
Qualification: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or Architecture.
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated relevant experience in detailed façade design experience.
Technical Domain: Positive working knowledge of UCW, stick systems, aluminum cladding, and structural glazing.
