Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Category Manager - E-commerce Marketplaces to own the growth and performance of assigned product categories across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Instamart, and other online marketplaces. The role involves driving category sales, optimizing product visibility, managing pricing and promotions, improving catalogue quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Growth
Own the revenue, profitability, and growth of assigned product categories across e-commerce marketplaces.
Develop and execute category growth strategies based on sales trends and market insights.




Monitor category performance and recommend actions to improve sales and margins.

Marketplace Management
Manage product listings across all assigned marketplaces.
Ensure catalogue accuracy, content quality, images, and product attributes.
Improve organic visibility through keyword optimization and content enhancements.
Maintain marketplace account health and compliance.

Pricing & Promotions
Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive while maintaining profitability.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, bundles, and seasonal offers.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Inventory & Demand Planning
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Forecast demand for upcoming promotions and seasonal events.
Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
