Key Responsibilities
Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts.
Make outbound calls to clients/customers as per the provided list.
Maintain and update call records in the database/CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Bengali].
Positive listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in sales/customer service/telemarketing.
Multilingual ability will be an added advantage.
