About Us: We are an upcoming Tech/IT Startup based in Surat, building smart digital tools to help local service businesses manage their daily operations. Before our official launch, we are conducting a ground-level market study to understand the daily challenges of local shop owners.

What is your Exact Role? (Zero Sales, Only Survey): This is purely a data collection and market research role. You DO NOT have to sell anything. Your daily tasks will include:
Field Visits: Traveling to local Salons, Spas, and similar service shops in designated areas of Surat (e.g., Amroli, Varachha, Adajan).
Interaction: Politely introducing yourself to the shop owner as a research intern from an IT startup.
Conducting Survey: Asking them 4 to 5 straightforward questions about how they manage customer appointments and waiting times (takes only 2 minutes per shop).
Data Entry: Accurately submitting their answers and basic details (Shop Name, Contact, etc.) into our digital Google Form using your smartphone.
Daily Reporting: Submitting the verified forms and reporting to the project manager.





Who can apply? (Requirements):
College students (BBA/MBA/B.Com) or freshers looking for real-world startup experience.
Confident communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi. You should not feel shy talking to local shop owners.
Must have a Smartphone with active internet.
Must have a Two-wheeler (Bike/Activa) for easy field travel.
Honest, punctual, and ready to work on the field.

Compensation & Perks:
Fixed Stipend: ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 base pay for completing the basic survey target.
Extra Incentives: Earn ₹50 to ₹70 extra for every successfully verified survey form you collect above the target.
Adaptable Schedule: You can do this work at your own pace during the daytime when shops are open.
Travel Assistance: Commuter/Petrol expenses are covered within your stipend/incentives.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
