About the Role

Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll

coordination, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, HRMS

administration, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance,



leave, and compensation changes.
Drive performance appraisal cycles, KRAs, KPIs, and promotion processes.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Complete Payroll for India and Dubai
Manage employee engagement and culture-building activities.
Support compliance, policy implementation, and audits.
Administer Zoho HRMS platforms and HR reporting.
Support HR operations across India, UAE, and Qatar.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
