v Roles & Responsibility:
Sales Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries.
Provide product information.
Prepare quotations.
Process sales orders accurately.
Ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics.
Report performance to management.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and product launches.
Purchase Responsibilities:
Manage Principal Companies, Requirements Etc.
Source and evaluate suppliers for quality Electrical products at competitive prices.
Place purchase orders based on inventory requirements and sales forecasts.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any procurement issues.
Coordinate with warehouse for stock management.
Assist in negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
