Job Summary:
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.SC/B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, ECE) or any relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
Provide hardware and software support to end users.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet).
Maintain IT assets and update service records.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Support users through phone, remote access, and onsite visits.
Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
Printer installation and support.
Microsoft Office and Outlook support.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
