Assist Site Engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
Supervise construction work and monitor site progress.
Understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Conduct site measurements and maintain measurement records.
Monitor quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Assist in quantity estimation and preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Prepare daily site progress reports and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
Participate in client site visits whenever required.
Maintain records of material consumption and site inventory.
Learn estimation, billing, project coordination, and quality control processes.
Eligibility
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Final Year Students, Freshers, or Recent Graduates).
Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
Willingness to work on construction sites.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork and time management abilities.
Requirements:
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel to project sites across the Tricity region and nearby locations.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and committed to learning.
Ready to work both at site locations and office as per project requirements.
