About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated TDS Executive to join our Finance &

provisions, GST compliance, and accounting principles. This role is ideal for freshers

taxation, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns in compliance with applicable tax laws.
Deduct and verify TDS under relevant sections of the Income Tax Act.
Prepare and reconcile TDS workings, challans, and ledgers.
Monitor timely payment of TDS liabilities and ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
Download, verify, and issue Form 16A certificates.
Reconcile TDS records with Form 26AS and the TRACES portal.
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Perform GST reconciliations, including Input Tax Credit (ITC), purchase, and sales data.
Maintain tax records,



compliance documentation, and statutory reports.
Prepare MIS reports related to TDS, GST, and taxation activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to obtain tax-related information and documentation.
Assist in handling tax notices, audits, and other compliance requirements.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of TDS, GST, taxation, and accounting concepts.
Understanding of statutory compliance and tax return filing procedures.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Analysis.
Familiarity with the TRACES and GST portals will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
