Key Responsibilities
Engage with job seekers on LinkedIn through messages and conversations
Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage daily outreach activities
Stay organised and ensure smooth handling of the overall process

Requirements:
Solid verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate persuasively while maintaining a helpful,



consultative tone
Good organisational skills and ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
Willingness to work in night shift (US time zone)
Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow processes

Preferred
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or client interaction roles is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar qualified platforms.

Work Location: In person

Compensation & Perks:
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹28,000 per month.
