Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warranty operations for the workshop.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of warranty claims as per Audi India guidelines.
Review and validate warranty repairs and supporting documentation.
Monitor warranty claim approvals, rejections, and recoveries.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and Audi India for claim resolutions.
Conduct regular warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
Analyze warranty trends and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain warranty records and prepare monthly MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to Audi processes, policies, and quality standards.
Support workshop operations to achieve customer satisfaction and warranty targets.




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile warranty management.
Prior experience with luxury automotive brands (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Robust understanding of workshop operations and warranty claim procedures.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
