Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and site operations.
Monitor labor, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality work.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Monitor material usage and report requirements to management.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Resolve in office issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,



Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of construction processes and site management.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
Understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
Solid organizational and leadership abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations.
