Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to manage external communications and coordinate with government departments, institutional stakeholders, and partner organizations for various social impact initiatives. The role requires robust communication skills, stakeholder management ability, and professional handling of official documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain skilled relationships with government departments, regulatory authorities,



and institutional stakeholders
Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and official forums
Coordinate communication related to ongoing projects, permissions, and collaborations
Prepare and manage official documentation including letters, proposals, and reports
Track follow-ups related to project coordination and stakeholder communication
Maintain accurate records of meetings and official correspondence
Support leadership in developing partnerships with public sector institutions
Travel across project locations, as required, for coordination and meetings

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Political Science, Law, or related field
5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Stakeholder Management, Public Affairs, or Institutional Coordination
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage professionally with se
