We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a solid background in HR Operations. The role focuses more on workforce management and statutory compliance than recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations for labour, supervisors, and plant workforce
Handle payroll management using Savy HRMS Software:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations
Coordinate performance management and policy implementation
Support workforce planning and HR reporting

Requirements:




5+ years of HR Operations experience
Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll
Experience managing blue-collar workforce, labour, and supervisors
Proficiency in HRMS (Savy Software preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
