- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects
- Robust leadership and team coordination skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks effectively
- Capital cost estimation and tracking (budget vs actual)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Ability to prepare and present project status reports to leadership teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives is an advantage
