Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor – Civil & Substation Line to supervise site execution activities related to Transmission Lines, Substations and associated Civil Works.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower,



contractors and day-to-day site activities while ensuring proper execution as per drawings, specifications, safety standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for Transmission Line and Substation projects.
- Supervise civil works related to substations, transmission lines and utility infrastructure.
- Coordinate foundation work, excavation, PCC/RCC, equipment foundations, cable trenches, fencing, roads and other civil activities.
- Supervise tower foundation and related civil activities wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors and site teams.
- Manage daily manpower allocation and ensure optimum utilization of labour.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedule.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
