HR Generalist Employee Relations 5 9Years - Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide pragmatic HR and Employee Relations support to business leaders and managers. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in HR compliance, employee relations, performance management and stakeholder management. Exposure to professional services and a global matrix setting will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Managing country-related HR matters and supporting business leaders and managers in line with local legislation and global HR priorities.
2. Advising managers on employee relations, performance and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements.
3. Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary matters, performance management, redundancy and other complex HR issues.

Reviewing and updating local HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes.
5. Supporting talent, change management, restructuring and country-specific HR programmes.
6. Partnering with Centres of Expertise and Global HR Operations to deliver HR programmes in accordance with local requirements.
7. Managing local benefits administration, vendor relationships and annual benefits-related activities.
8. Supporting compensation, benefits, internal mobility, international transfers and relocation activities.

Requirements

1. Bringing proven experience as an HR Generalist with commercially focused and pragmatic HR support experience.
2. Demonstrating strong experience in Employee Relations and senior stakeholder management.
3. Having professional services exposure is preferred.
4. Possessing experience in restructuring programmes and change management initiatives is advantageous.
