We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, ensure smooth inventory management, and lead the store team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle inventory, stock receiving, storage, and stock movement.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Maintain proper records of inventory and store-related activities.
- Supervise and guide store staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the store.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Handle stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare regular reports related to stock and store operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle day-to-day operational issues.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory software is preferred.
- Candidates who can conveniently commute to Ved Road, Surat will be preferred.
