Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end functional and QA testing for Salesforce applications, particularly within the banking domain.
- Work extensively on Salesforce FSC implementations and applications.
- Perform performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and application efficiency issues.
- Conduct mobile application testing, including Salesforce mobile applications and Mobile Publisher.
- Perform internet/web application testing across different scenarios and environments.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable.
- Validate APIs, integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, inconsistent API behavior and performance-related issues.
- Identify application performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, defect reports and testing documentation.
- Support end-to-end testing cycles including SIT, regression,
integration and UAT.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
- Strong Banking domain experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Strong experience in Functional Testing.
- Strong experience in Performance & Load Testing.
- Experience in Mobile Testing and web/internet application testing.
- Experience with Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Mobile Publisher.
- Experience testing Salesforce mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of API performance and integration optimization.
- Experience working with enterprise banking applications and complex integrations.
- Salesforce QA / testing certifications would be an added advantage.
Note: Since Mobile Publisher resources are niche, ca
