We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can independently generate qualified leads, identify potential clients, initiate conversations, understand business requirements and convert prospects into paying customers.

Job Summary

The BDE will be responsible for end-to-end business development activities, with a major focus on lead generation, outbound prospecting, client communication, requirement understanding,



follow-ups and conversion.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners, founders, decision-makers and senior management and should have a strong understanding of the sales cycle for IT/software/digital services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation
- Generate current B2B leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Research and identify potential clients requiring software, mobile applications, websites, digital marketing or technology solutions.
- Build and continuously maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target companies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Cold Calling & Client Outreach
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce Analogue IT Solutions and its services professionally.
