Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai
Salary: ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Experience: 3 to 5 yearsr
Openings: 1
Working Days: Monday–Friday + 2 Saturdays/month
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tender activities, including tender identification, documentation, submission, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant Government, GeM, and e-tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and other teams for required documents.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, declarations, certificates, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
- Maintain tender records, trackers, and submission status.
- Monitor tender results and support post-tender activities.
- Handle queries,



clarifications, and amendments related to tenders.

Requirements
- Any Graduate / relevant qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in tender management or tender coordination.
- Experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals is preferred.
- Good knowledge of tender documentation and bid submission processes.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
