- Run the annual audit plan end to end across India and Africa scheduling with our audit partners and keeping a live tracker of every open issue and its age , so nothing drifts
- Lead the full cycle on each audit — scope, data, findings, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and sign-off by the responsible CXO
- Keep one live enterprise risk register — every category, every owner — refreshed each quarter, with early-warning indicators on the top risks and clear mitigation plans
- Prepare the risk picture (heat map, trend versus last year) for the Board and Audit Committee. Compliance — the big build
- Build and own a single compliance register : every regulatory, statutory, contractual and policy obligation, each with an owner, the control that satisfies it, the evidence, and a review date




- Move compliance from an annual scramble to continuous, checked-through-the-year attestation — and deliver the compliance-and-risk framework the Board will endorse . Revenue protection
- Own the mystery-shopping programme (at least the Top-5 towns , widening 10% year on year ), billing-exception checks and customer-master audits that catch pricing and billing errors
- Keep a live leakage tracker — what's leaking, how much, who owns the fix — and report found versus recovered versus prevented each quarter. Be the first point of contact for forensic reviews
- For every responsible finding, hand a clear fix request to the Process Engineering lead within 5 working days , agree the redesign, and re-check within 60–90 days to confirm it cannot happen again.
