We are hiring Trainer-IPDRG for Hyderabad or Noida Location
Key Responsibilities:
- Review inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM / ICD-10-PCS codes
- Determine correct DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) classification
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer regulations, and hospital policies
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies or documentation gaps
- Work closely with physicians and clinical teams for documentation clarification
- Validate billing data to ensure optimized reimbursement
- Conduct audits and quality checks on coded records
- Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and productivity targets
- Stay updated with industry coding changes and regulatory updates
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding system
- Familiarity with DRG grouping methodologies
- Understanding of inpatient hospital workflows
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of medical records
