Accord Marketing Studio is looking for a proactive and well-coordinated Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer campaigns, creator communication, and daily execution for client brands.

The candidate will be responsible for finding suitable influencers, coordinating collaborations, managing campaign deliverables, following up with creators, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires robust communication skills, negotiation ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creator campaigns at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers, creators, and content partners for brand campaigns
- Coordinate with nano, micro, macro, and category-specific influencers as per campaign requirements
- Reach out to influencers for collaborations, barter campaigns, paid campaigns, and brand promotions
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and content requirements with influencers
- Share campaign briefs clearly with influencers and ensure proper understanding of brand guidelines




- Track influencer content deliverables such as reels, stories, posts, videos, and reviews
- Coordinate approvals between clients, internal teams, and influencers
- Follow up with influencers for content submission, corrections, posting, and reporting
- Maintain influencer databases with contact details, categories, location, commercials, and performance history
- Monitor live influencer content and ensure posting is done as per schedule
- Collect screenshots, links, insights, and campaign performance data after posting
- Prepare influencer campaign reports and daily/weekly status updates
- Stay updated with trending creators, viral content formats, social media trends, and platform updates
- Work closely with the social media, content, and campaign teams for smooth execution
