Luxunlock Private Limited is a full-stack hospitality operator specialising in the exclusive management and marketing of private villas and heritage homes across India. Founded in 2020, we run a portfolio of 30+ remarkable properties — restored century-old residences, plantation bungalows, hill cottages, and coastal villas — across Southern India, Gujarat, and Sri Lanka. We operate and manage the assets, staffing, and guest experience at each property, and handle all sales, marketing, and reservations exclusively.

Every home in our collection was chosen because it tells a story. Vernacular architecture, sustainable design, heritage character, and a deep connection to place are the hallmarks of what we represent. Layered on top is a small, high-calibre team drawn from India's top luxury hospitality brands, delivering personalised service in a home-like setting.
