What Were Looking For:-Proven experience in US IT recruitment
-Solid understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, tax terms (W2/1099/C2C), and time zones
-Prior hands-on experience with Vector VMS is mandatory
-Excellent communication and sourcing skills
-Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently (especially for Lead role)
-Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter
