Desible.ai is Looking for:
Desible AI is a Voice AI orchestration platform that automates enterprise customer conversations across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, and email using LLM-powered agents. We handle millions of calls per month for clients in BFSI, insurance, collections, and healthcare — and we're looking for a Prompt Engineer who can own the dialogue layer that makes it all work.
This is not a coding role. It is a writing and iteration role at the intersection of language, AI, and customer communication. You will be responsible for crafting the conversations our AI agents have with real people — and making sure those conversations sound natural,
handle edge cases gracefully, and keep improving over time.
- What You'll DoWrite and iterate voice bot dialogue scripts and conversation flows for enterprise clients
- Design fallback logic and decision trees for various call scenarios (sales, collections, KYC, support)
- Use GPT, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM tools to draft and re-prompt dialogue until the output sounds genuinely human
- Test bot output for naturalness, tone, and accuracy before go-live
- Monitor live call flags post-deployment and rework prompts based on real call data
- Write bilingual (English + Hindi) dialogue; regional language proficiency is a plus
- Collaborate closely with the client delivery team to understand campaign requirements and translate them into effective conversation flows
- Must HaveGood command of both English and Hindi — reading and writing
