Office Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises.
- Coordinate with office boys, housekeeping, security, guest house staff and maintenance teams.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of office utilities and supplies.
2. Facility Management
- Monitor office infrastructure and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Liaise with vendors for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and civil work.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
3. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for office services and maintenance.
- Obtain quotations and compare costs.
- Process work orders and monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
4. Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets.
- Coordinate asset allocation and retrieval.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of assets.
- Report damaged or obsolete assets.
5. Procurement Support
- Raise purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies.
- Maintain inventory of stationery, pantry items, and consumables.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement.
6. Guest House Management
- Coordinate Guest House bookings.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of rooms.
- Supervise housekeeping activities.
- Monitor Guest House inventory and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Guest House Office Boy and vendors.
7. Travel & Accommodation
- Arrange employee travel bookings.
- Coordinate hotel reservations.
- Maintain travel records.
