Role & responsibilities

1. Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
2. Work with managers to analyse job orders and developed production task and schedule.
3. Knowledge Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.
4. Monitor production output, productivity, rejection and rework.
5. Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of SAP.
7. Supervise and coordinate with operators, technicians and shop-floor personnel.
8. Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions and engineering drawings.
9. Production Planning & trouble shooting.
10. Process stabilization, fixing parameters.
11. Observing the process with respect to SOP to check any abnormality.
12. Providing On the job Training related to process operation to the subordinates and the new joiners.
13. Maintain daily production reports, downtime records and MIS.
14. Documentation, by proper data entry of process data, compilation, interpreting with process, discussing with HOD regarding matter
15. Implement 5S,



Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
16. Knowledge of PU Resin/ Pressure Sensitive Adhesive/ Non solvent Laminate Adhesive.
17. Handling knowledge for Solvent, Isocyanate and Monomer.
18. Knowledge of ISO and documentation.

Skills

1. Experience with ISO/QMS procedures is an advantage
2. Ability to work effectively in a shop-floor environment.
3. Valuable communication and teamwork skills
4. DCS operations
