Key Responsibilities

Apparel Sourcing & Vendor Management: Manage sourcing of finished garments, develop vendor relationships, onboard suppliers, evaluate capabilities and compliance.

Costing & Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate prices, commercial terms and delivery schedules while driving cost optimization.

Product Development & Execution: Coordinate with buying, merchandising, design and quality teams, ensuring timely sampling and production readiness.

Supply Chain & Delivery Management: Monitor order execution, supplier performance and delivery commitments.

Analytics & MIS: Prepare vendor scorecards, sourcing MIS and performance dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Fashion Management, Apparel Production, Textile & Fashion Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

MBA/PGDM preferred.

5-8 years of experience in apparel sourcing, garment merchandising, buying, vendor management, or retail sourcing.
