About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online operations across Shopify and marketplace platforms.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in product listing, inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, returns, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Shopify website operations
- Upload and update products, images, prices, SKUs, sizes, colors, and stock
- Manage listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Process daily online orders and coordinate packing & dispatch
- Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips
- Track orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, and RTOs
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, packing, and courier teams
- Update stock and pricing across online platforms




- Monitor marketplace issues and resolve listing/order-related problems
- Maintain accurate e-commerce data using Excel / Google Sheets

Candidate Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Solid practical knowledge of Shopify
- Experience with at least one major marketplace
- Good understanding of SKU, size, color, variants & inventory
- Knowledge of order processing, dispatch, returns & RTO
- Basic to good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Tiruppur-based apparel, garment, fashion, textile, kidswear, innerwear, activewear, or D2C brands will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
