Experience Required
- US Staffing experience is mandatory
- Experience working with both Direct Clients and MSP-driven Clients
- Immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods preferred
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels
- Strong understanding of the US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle
- Managing recruitment requirements from sourcing through placement
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
- Solid communication, ownership, and follow-through
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment

Salary
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
