1. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and guide them through the entire property buying process.

2. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, networking, and site visits.
- Attend and follow up on inquiries received from telecallers, marketing campaigns, and online portals.
- Understand customers' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for prospective clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, financing options, and legal documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.




- Negotiate sales terms and assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Coordinate with the legal, finance, CRM, and customer support teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Candidates with a background in Real Estate Sales / Marketing, working with reputed builders across Sonipat will be preferred.

4. Experience:
- 2 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Automobile Sales, or any direct sales role.
