Key responsibilities:

Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for courses/programs.

Identify and target relevant student/audience segments.

Create and test ad creatives, copy, videos, and lead-generation campaigns.

Manage daily/weekly ad budgets and optimize cost per lead (CPL).

Monitor campaign performance, including leads, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rate.

Use Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and relevant tracking tools.

Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Retarget website visitors, previous leads, and engaged audiences.

Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, placements, and offers.

Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithms, and recent features.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
