Job Title : Mess Supervisor

Department : Hostels.

Education
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in institutional catering, hostel/mess, hotel, or similar operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily mess operations and ensure timely meal service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen, serving, and housekeeping staff.
- Manage food inventory, stock, and minimize wastage.




- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of food materials.
- Handle student/staff complaints related to food and mess services.
- Maintain daily records of stock, consumption, and mess activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.

Job Location: Guntur Vaddeswaram

Pay Scale: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
