Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead / Demand Generation Executive to join our growing Business Development team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Highly Qualified Leads (HQLs) through international outbound cold calling for global B2B technology campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with international markets, possess excellent communication skills, and understand modern lead qualification methodologies such as BANT and Waterfall.





Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume international outbound cold calling campaigns targeting North America (NA), Europe (EU), EMEA, and APAC markets.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Highly Qualified Leads (HQLs) for B2B technology campaigns.
- Qualify prospects using BANT, Waterfall, or campaign-specific qualification frameworks.
- Engage with Managers, Directors, VPs, C-level executives, and technical decisionmakers to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct account and prospect research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales intelligence platforms before initiating outreach.
- Understand prospect requirements, current setting, business challenges, technology landscape, and buying intent.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture and qualify opportunities.
